Testing was carried out at the site of a proposed commercial development at the junction of the Longwood Road and Summerhill Road, Trim, Co. Meath. This was undertaken following geophysical survey of the site, which was carried out by Target Geophysics under licence 12R004. Both geophysics and testing was requested by Meath County Council as further information. A total of 11 trenches were excavated within the area of proposed development. These were placed across the development area in order to assess the results of the geophysical survey. No features of archaeological significance were identified.
