The proposed development site is located on The Burris Road, Tullyallen, Co. Louth. There are no recorded monuments on or within 100m of the site. Monitoring of topsoil clearance across the footprint of the development was undertaken on 3 December 2012. A mechanical excavator with a toothless bucket was utilised to excavate the topsoil. No archaeological deposits were uncovered.
