Monitoring was undertaken on the left bank of the River Dodder in the vicinity of the Marian College, Dublin 4 in association with the final phase of coastal defence works along the Dodder. The work was carried out on behalf of Dublin City Council from February 2012 to May 2012. No features, finds or deposits of archaeological significance were identified. Monitoring along the right bank was reported on in Excavations 2011, No. 232.
