An Archaeological Impact Assessment was undertaken in November 2012 in response to a condition placed on the development by Fingal County Council. A desk-based study and field survey was carried out on the site of two proposed detached dwellings with associated site services in conjunction with machine excavated test trenches at two locations. No archaeological material was recorded.
