An Archaeological Assessment was undertaken in July and August 2012 in response to a request for Additional Information. A geophysical survey (12R096) of the development site recorded various magnetic responses of unclear interpretation. Five test trenches (300 linear metres) were subsequently excavated across the site. No archaeological material was present in these trenches.
