Testing was carried out in advance of the construction of two detached houses, on the former site of Drumbo school, due to its proximity to an ecclesiastical site (DOW009-044). Five trenches were excavated which indicated that ground reduction had been carried out across the majority of the site in relation to the construction of the primary school. A 19th-century linear feature was identified in one trench but nothing else of archaeological interest was identified.
