This development involved the demolition of existing buildings and the development of three new blocks containing six residential units. Only a small portion of the site was accessible and only a single trench was opened in order to keep the planning live as the developer wasn’t ready to start construction works. Within the small trench that was opened no archaeological material was uncovered, however the archaeological condition is still in place and the remainder of the site will have to be monitored once the development proceeds.
