This was a small residential development that had a BH3 condition attached which required archaeologically monitored test trenches to be placed across the site to inform NIEA if any further archaeological mitigation was needed. Three trenches were placed along the length of the site, in the townlands of Levallegish/Loughgall; nothing of archaeological significance was recorded.
