An archaeological evaluation was carried out at a site 160m north of 129 Ennislare Road, Balleer, Co. Armagh. The evaluation was requested due to the proximity of a possible rath/landscape feature (ANT016-034) located to the west of the application site. Five mechanically excavated trenches each measuring 2m wide and 15m long were positioned across the development site. Nothing of archaeological significance was found.
