Testing was undertaken on the site of the proposed wind farm at Trennagleragh, Kiltimagh, on 18 January 2011. A total of 574m² of linear test trenches were excavated on the site. Topsoil (peat) varied from 0.4m to 3m in depth across the site. No features, finds or deposits of archaeological significance were identified in any of the test trenches.
