Monitoring was carried out on 25 March in advance of the proposed extension of Finglas Parochial National School, Finglas, Dublin. The site is located just outside the precinct of the early monastic enclosure. A JCB machine with a flat, 0.6m-wide, graded ditching bucket was used. No archaeological features were identified.
