The proposed development at Kilphelan consisted of the construction of a dwelling house, driveway and associated site services in a greenfield site within the constraint zone for an adjacent fulacht fiadh (CO019-065), which is located c. 10m south of the southern site boundary. Six test trenches were excavated across the footprint of a proposed house, percolation area and garage. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered.
