Monitoring lasted one day and was carried out at 6 Castle Villas, Killincarrig, Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The development consists of the construction of a two-storey house, to the side of an existing house, requiring the subdivision of the existing site into two parcels of land and the revision of site boundaries. The development area is located 12m south, at its nearest point, of an early 17th-century house (WI013–005). No archaeological features or artifacts were revealed as a result of monitoring.
