Monitoring was carried out in Athdown townland, Co. Wicklow, in August 2010 as a condition of a forestry grant for the provision of an enlarged forestry road. The works involved the monitoring of topsoil-stripping in two areas that overlapped with the constraint area of WI006–008, an ancient co-axial field system. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered.
