Oulartard 3 was located on the proposed M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy scheme. The site was situated in a large irregularly shaped pasture field adjacent to a watercourse.
A burnt spread, measuring 5.4m by 3m, had a maximum depth of 0.32m. The spread consisted of loose, dark-brown, charcoal-rich silt clay which contained a high quantity of heat-affected stones. No pit or trough was identified below the burnt spread. The spread had been heavily disturbed by modern agricultural activity and land drainage. A palaeochannel and a post-medieval stone field drain were the only other features recorded on this site.
