Frankfort 8 was located on the proposed M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy scheme. A single shallow waste pit was identified at the site. The pit measured 1.45m by 0.75m and was 0.2m deep. The base of the pit was filled with heat-shattered stones over which lay a layer of charcoal-rich sandy silt. No finds or other features of archaeological significance were recorded.
