The proposed development involved the realignment of a bend at Rathmore, Co. Tipperary, on the N24 Clonmel–Cahir road. Two possible enclosures, TS076–070–002 and TS076–070–003, are situated to the north of the proposed development site. A pre-planning assessment consisting of archaeological testing was carried out in association with this proposed development. No archaeological features or deposits were identified during this testing.
