Monitoring took place at this site, which was previously test-excavated in 2008 (Excavations 2008, No. 716). A raft foundation meant that the archaeological levels found in the testing, comprising post-medieval bone working and butchery, were not affected. Nothing of archaeological interest was found in monitoring.
