The recorded site of a windmill, DU015–085, lies within the development area. The windmill was not uncovered during monitoring. However, the remains of a 19th-century outhouse were identified to the north of the friary and a metalled road/laneway was uncovered to the east of this structure. Part of a masonry wall foundation from the late 19th-century extension to Belmont House was also uncovered.
The outhouse was characterised by the remains of a cobbled surface measuring 6m by 4m and the entrance, which was defined by spud stones, was located at the east of the structure. The remains of the metalled laneway leading eastwards from the structure correspond with that shown on the 1837 and 1866 OS maps
The foundation remains of the extension to Belmont House were located to the north of the existing chapel building and c. 25m to the south of the outhouse. This north–south masonry wall foundation was constructed of calp limestone bonded with mortar. It was 0.6m wide and survived to a height of just 0.75m.
