2010:201 - DONAGHADEE: 7 Bridge Street, Down

Monitoring of ground-reduction works was carried out at the site of a proposed mixed-use development at No. 7 Bridge Street, Donaghadee, adjacent to previous test-trenching at 9–11 Bridge Street carried out under licence AE/09/154 (Excavations 2009, No. 247), as part of the same development. Monitoring of ground-reduction works within the footprint of No. 7 did not identify evidence for the existence of earlier building or archaeological remains within the development area.
