Monitoring of peat removal associated with advance works for a proposed wind farm at Knockacummer, Co. Cork, was carried out in April–May 2010. Monitoring of geotechnical trial-pits for the same wind farm was also carried out in February–March 2010. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered during the monitoring.
