Testing of a proposed development site at Garryvoe Lower, Co. Cork, was carried out in response to a request for further information. The proposed development consists of the construction of a single dwelling-house, entrance and associated services. The site is located within the constraint zone for Garryvoe Church and graveyard (CO077–037/01 and 02), which are located to the south of the development site. Three test-trenches were excavated on the proposed development site. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered during testing.
