Testing was undertaken prior to the development of a single dwelling. The site was situated immediately beside CL017–054, which is referred to as a Moravian Church. Testing took the form of five machine-excavated trenches. The topsoil was between 0.25m and 0.4m thick and was located immediately above the grey/white gravelly sand in three of the trenches, and mid-brown sandy clay in the fourth trench. No archaeological features were identified in any of the test-trenches.
