An archaeological evaluation was carried out at this site in advance of its development for a single dwelling and detached garage. Five trenches (each measuring approximately 15m in length by 1.5m in width) were excavated to the surface of the natural subsoil. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted in any of the trenches.
