An archaeological evaluation was carried out at this site in advance of its development for a single dwelling and detached garage. Four trenches (each measuring approximately 15m in length by 2m in width) were excavated to the surface of the natural subsoil. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted in any of the trenches.
