Test-trenching was carried out at the site of a proposed agricultural development at Moorehill, Co. Waterford, during December 2009. This was undertaken using a 13-tonne excavator equipped with a flat, toothless bucket. Four trenches were excavated within the area of proposed development. No features or deposits of archaeological potential were identified during testing.
