It is proposed to construct a new dwelling and garage at lands 200m south-west of 12 The Square, Moy, Co. Tyrone. The development will include associated hardstanding and landscaping. The initial topsoil removal focused on the footprint of the proposed dwelling, during the course of which linear archaeological features were identified. These extended beyond the limits of the dwelling. In order to fully assess the archaeological survival within the remainder of the development boundary, a full topsoil-strip of the site was conducted. This revealed a total of five ditches, a charcoal-rich spread and probable plough furrows. At the time of writing, there have not been any further archaeological investigations on this site.
