A total of five trenches were opened on the imprint of proposed site works pursuant to the undertaking of an earlier AIA. No features, archaeological or otherwise, were uncovered in any of the test-trenches opened. The finding from the testing indicates that no archaeological remains associated with the nearby enclosure site (TN040–030) and ringfort (TN040–053) extended into the proposed development site and it is a sufficient distance away from the monuments.
