Testing of a proposed development site at Camass North, Bruff, Co. Limerick, was undertaken as part of an impact assessment. The development consisted of the construction of a single dwelling-house, garage and associated services on a greenfield site. The development site is located within the constraint zone for a possible enclosure (LI031–158), although there is no visible surface trace of the monument. A total of four test-trenches were excavated and no evidence for any enclosure or associated features was uncovered on the site.
