Monitoring took place on 10 November 2009 of groundworks at a single-house development site. Similar work had been carried out on an adjoining site in 2008 (08E0900); nothing of archaeological significance had been noted. A tiny portion of the site is within the constraint area of KE043–141, a holy well. Apart from two shallow areas of dark staining with some tiny pieces of charcoal, 0.5m apart, measuring 0.5m by 3m and 1m by 0.75m, centrally placed within the site, and with no finds, nothing else of potential significance was noted.
