The proposed development at Drumharsna South, Ardrahan, involves the construction of a 30m telecommunications support structure, equipment cabinet, fencing and associated site works, as part of the government’s National Broadband Scheme. One trench measuring c. 9m long and 2.7m wide was excavated on the development site in a northeast/
south-west orientation. No features of
archaeological significance were revealed.
