Due to the location of the AIB at 53–54 Main Street, Finglas, Dublin 11, within the limits of Finglas village (DU014–66), excavation works for the construction of a foundation for a new ATM machine were carried out, in October 2009, under supervision. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered during the course of these works.
