It is proposed to undertake a residential development consisting of detached dwellings and garages, and associated site works on the Tullynagardy Road, Newtownards, Co. Down. Monitoring of topsoil removal was conducted for the east half of Phase 1 of the development. This revealed no evidence of archaeological deposits within this area of the site.
