An archaeological evaluation was carried out at land adjacent to and to the east of No. 17 Mossvale Terrace, Dromore, Co. Down, as part of the planning application for the erection of six townhouses. There is a range of sites of archaeological and historical interest in the vicinity of the development site. Two trenches were excavated on the site, in which no remains of archaeological significance were recovered.
