It is proposed to construct a residential housing development on lands at Station Road, Craigavad, Co. Down. Monitoring was conducted for Phases 1 and 2 of the site. Phase 1 consisted of the creation of an access road and the footprint of two detached dwellings. Phase 2 consisted of the footprint of two dwellings, a temporary access road, a side road and the route of the main street through the development. No archaeological features were present in any of these areas.
