It is proposed to carry out the conversion and extension of a private dwelling in Portstewart, East Crossreagh, to include the conversion of the existing garage and rear covered area to bedrooms, a front extension to form a bedroom and replacement of existing balcony and construction of new balcony.
Prior to planning permission being granted, an archaeological evaluation was conducted that included the excavation of two test-trenches. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered within these trenches.
