It is proposed to construct a new two-storey domestic dwelling at a site adjacent to 8 Main Street, Bellaghy. The development will include associated hardstanding and landscaping. Prior to groundworks commencing an archaeological evaluation was conducted through the excavation of a modern demolition layer within the foundations of the new dwelling. No archaeological deposits were identified during the course of the evaluation.
