The proposed development site is located in the southern outskirts of Baltimore town, is in the environs of a limekiln and comprised an extension to a Cork County Council carpark. Monitoring revealed a thin sod layer that contained frequent modern inclusions. No finds or features of an archaeological nature were noted during monitoring.
