It is proposed to construct a residential apartment block and a 3–4-storey office and retail development with basement car-parking on lands at Seymour Street, Lisburn, Co. Antrim. Monitoring of ground reduction was conducted within the development area. This revealed extensive deposits of modern fill material across the site and identified subsoil at a level c. 1m below formation level.
