An assessment was carried out on the site of a development at Gorey Hill, Gorey. A total of eleven test-trenches were excavated in the areas proposed for development. Two archaeological features (burnt-mound spreads) were discovered towards the western extent of the site during the assessment. No other archaeological remains were discovered.
