Two intact burnt mounds were found during testing at this site by Catherine McLoughlin in 2006 (Excavations 2006, No. 2086). Monitoring in 2008 was undertaken along access roads, outside the area of the burnt mounds. During monitoring, features were uncovered which include pits and burnt-mound deposits. At the time of writing these features have not been excavated as construction work at this development site has ceased.
