St Patrick’s GAA Club obtained planning permission to extend their clubhouse. The GAA grounds are located within the constraint area of a deer park. Two test-trenches were located on the site of the proposed extension. Parts of the site had been heavily disturbed by the presence of a septic tank, associated piping and percolation drains. No archaeological remains or features were uncovered that in any way could be associated with the monument.
