A programme of monitoring was carried out with regards to construction works being carried out in order to facilitate foul water, surface and water main pipes in the village of Tulsk, Co. Roscommon. Works were initiated without the presence of an archaeologist. Moore Group were contracted to complete a programme of assessment and monitoring in relation to these works. The site comprised mainly existing roadway where pipes were laid in 1–1.5m wide trenches varying of between 0.3–3m in depth. A varied stratigraphic sequence was recorded. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted during the course of archaeological monitoring.
