Monitoring of topsoil-stripping was carried out at the site of a proposed housing development in Edenamo townland, Inishkeen, Co. Monaghan. The site is located on the northern slope of a drumlin in Inishkeen village. The proposed development site included a large green field and monitoring was carried out on 28 and 29 April 2008. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered during the course of topsoil-stripping.
