Two test-trenches were opened on the imprint of a slatted animal shed and feeding area at Crosspatrick, Killala. The redevelopment works were set within an existing farmyard. An enclosure is located c. 90m close to the north-east of the farmyard. No archaeological features/remains were uncovered in the course of testing works.
