An assessment was carried out on the site of a proposed residential development at Braghan, Baltray, Co. Louth, located to the north of the River Boyne and close to the coastline.
Thirteen test-trenches were excavated in the areas proposed for development. A number of scattered archaeological features including post-holes, spreads, linear features and pits were discovered. Finds included struck flints and post-medieval delph.
