Monitoring of groundworks associated with the construction of a wind farm at Sillahertane, Co. Kerry, was undertaken over a period of four months. The groundworks largely consisted of the removal of peat deposits to facilitate the construction of access roads and turbine bases. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered during monitoring of groundworks.
