An archaeological evaluation was carried out at 65 Blackskull Road, Tullycarn, Dromore, Co. Down, as part of a planning application for an extension to a dwelling. The application site is situated c. 45m south-east of a rath (DOW020–070). The evaluation consisted of two mechanically excavated test-trenches, one measuring 10m by 2m and the other measuring 14m by 2m. Neither trench contained anything of archaeological significance.
