An archaeological evaluation was carried out at a site in the grounds of The Rectory in Killyleagh, Co. Down, as part of the planning application for a single dwelling and garage. The site lies within the area of archaeological potential (ADAP 2015) assigned for the historic settlement of Killyleagh (DOW024–043). The evaluation consisted of two test-trenches across the proposed footprint of the house. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted.
