Testing of a proposed development site was undertaken as part of an assessment. The development consisted of the construction of a single dwelling house, entrance and associated services. Geophysical survey of the site was carried out prior to testing and detected a number of anomalies in the vicinity of the percolation area and driveway. Two trenches were excavated across the proposed house while two trenches targeted the geophysical anomalies. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered.
